Layering
We love the added texture and dimension that layering adds to the home, and there are so many fun ways and areas to incorporate the trend.
Layering throw pillows is a fun way to brighten up your living room décor, as is adding in a new throw blanket. One of our favorite layering styles at the moment is to double up on rugs. Our jute rug, for example, looks amazing under a printed rug and adds a bit of boho-farmhouse charm to your room.
Another great thing about layering is that it gives your space a stylish refresh without costing a lot. Buying a couple of new throw pillows or blankets, for example, costs a lot less than a new coat of paint of furniture, but it can still add a whole lot to your space. Layering also gives you the options of moving things around, so you can continually refresh your space by simply switching up your throw pillow or rug placement.
Pops of color
The neutral, monochromatic look has taken centre stage in the décor world for the last few years, but it’s time to add some color back into our décor, and there’s never a better time to do that then spring. Spring is all about being fresh, bright, and colorful, so follow suit with some fun pops of color around your home. You can keep this simple with vases full of fresh flowers, or colorful home accessories, or go all out with a bold paint job or piece of statement furniture.
Mix and match your bedding
