Take a nap
In our normal everyday lives, our schedules are usually so hectic that we just don’t get the 7-9 hours of recommended sleep a night. With the extra time at home, why not indulge in some midday naps? Giving ourselves permission to take 20 minutes to lie down in the middle of the day is a luxury we don’t often let ourselves have, but this is the perfect time to enjoy it.
