We are distributors of home furnishing items so our customers our retailers who in turn sell our
products to the end customer. For new customers whether they are retailers, online retailers,
wholesalers or Interior decorators, we would need the following from you in order to open an account:
• Copy of your resale certificate.
• Our credit application completed and signed.
• Our customer information form completed and signed.
• $350 Minimum and re-order minimums depending on the delivery destination.
• Prices will be emailed upon request.
• Order cancellations must be done in writing 5 business days before the ship date.
• Backorders are shipped immediately on receipt of stock in warehouse.
• If an item on back order is ordered. The item will be shipped automatically
once it is received in the warehouse without any notification.
• Our items are regularly updated. So the items on back order will say out
of stock and the ETA will be mentioned.
• Payment terms for items on back order are the same as normal order.
