Shipping Policy

Where we ship. We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

Shipping rates. Standard shipping is free on all U.S. orders of $100 or more. Orders under $100 ship via UPS Ground at the rate calculated at checkout.

Processing time. Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Delivery time. Once shipped, most orders arrive within 2–7 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number by email when your order ships; please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

Damaged or lost packages. If your order arrives damaged, or tracking has not updated for 7 days, contact us at help@a1homecollections.com within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.

Address changes. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are unable to redirect packages once they have shipped.
