Returns & Refunds

We stand behind every mat we make. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, we'll make it right.

Return window. You may return items within 30 days of delivery. After 30 days we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility. Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging (or a suitable alternative). Proof of purchase is required.

Damaged or defective items. If your item arrives damaged or defective, email us with photos within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a prepaid return label and send a free replacement or issue a full refund.

How to start a return.

1. Email help@a1homecollections.com with your order number and reason for return (include photos if the item is damaged or defective).
2. We will respond within 24 hours (Monday–Friday) with your return authorization and instructions.
3. Pack the item securely and ship it to the address in your return authorization. Please do not send returns without an authorization.

Return shipping. For non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. We recommend a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returns.

Refunds. Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take a few additional days to post the credit.

Exchanges. We offer free exchanges for defective or damaged items. For other exchanges, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
